How do I place an order?
Our shop on this website is being constructed now, so we currently accept orders through Etsy. Visit our shop at www.etsy.com/shop/danaliabydp .
How long will my order take to receive?
Right now, most items are made-to-order and will require 2-3 week turn around time to be produced and shipped. Items listed as "Ready to Ship" are currently in stock and will ship within 2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges and returns for store credit only. Please notify us within 7 days of your received item, in order to process a return or exchange. Because most of these pieces are made to order, there is the possibility that your exchange can take up to 3 weeks to process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Please be aware of possible import taxes that you may accrue when importing our products into your country.
Can I get something custom made?
Of course! We love doing custom orders. Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your ideas. If shopping on Etsy, you can also send us a Conversation there.
Do you have a retail location?
Not yet. We are sold in several local retailers during the spring and summer months.
Who are your stockist?
We will be posting our stockists over the next several months for our 2017 collections.
Do you sell at wholesale?
